Winter, rest time for vineyards

If you look at the fields in winter, the vineyard is dead, it is the rest time.

In recent months, the pruning is done which is nothing more than to prepare the traps to flower in the best possible way.

In our vineyards, we make the manual pruning, which is a practice that is very intuitive, the wine-growers observe each strain and cut more or less according to the productivity and quality of the grape they are expected to obtain.

If during these winter months you go through a vineyard, not saddened by its dry, naked appearance, life is in the strain, to reborn strongly in spring.
