We are a new and small cellar, but one with many generations of viticultural experience. Our vineyards – all farmed organically – are situated in the highest part of the Penedès, hidden away where the peace and quiet preside over a countryside of forests and the remains of our rich history. Their situation between 500 and 800 metres above sea level, with high diurnal temperature variations, produce unique, slow-ripening vibrant grapes, whilst the terroir contributes mineral notes. We make our wines from indigenous varieties like Montonega, Parellada, Garnatxa Blanca and Garnatxa Negra as well as imported varieties like Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot. Our commitment is to prioritise quality over quantity through excellence in the vineyard and in winemaking. In June 2015, the 2013 vintage young white wine Nou +500 was awarded 89 points by Robert Parker’s The Wine Advocate.
