El Nou de +500

A light and youthful signature wine, made with the Montonega variety fermented with its own wild yeasts. Perfect to combine with starters, seafood rice dishes and oily fish.

Cau del Roig

Garnatxa Negra and Merlot combine in this fresh and vibrant wine aged for four months in 720 litre amphoras. Sweet, attractive flavours, ideal for any meat dishes, cured meats and cheeses.

Sot del Cel

A monovarietal Sauvignon Blanc with clear fruity notes, flavours of white fruits like apple, citrics like grapefruit and tropical fruits like pineapple.

Niu d’Estel

Floral flavours like almond blossom in this vibrant, fresh, food-friendly sparkling wine to accompany any dishes.

Still a baby, the 2014 Nou de +500 is an unoaked white from Parellada grapes grown at over 500 meters altitude, hence the name of the wine. The grapes are sourced from old vines grown within the limits of Penedès but their wines do not carry the appellation of origin.
